We want you to feel confident shopping with Sustainable Electronica. If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, we will work with you to make it right under this policy.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email Help@SustainableElectronica.com with:

Your order number
The item you want to return
A short explanation of the issue
Photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send any item back until we approve your return request and provide return instructions.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns may be approved when an item is:

Defective
Damaged in transit
The wrong item
Materially different from the product ordered

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns may be considered within 30 days only if the item is unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging. Approval is not guaranteed for opened or used electronics.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Some items may be ineligible for return, including:

Used, damaged, or altered items
Items missing parts, manuals, accessories, or original packaging
Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, liquid exposure, overheating, or incompatible accessories
Final-sale or clearance items, if marked as such

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we approve a refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item, we will provide instructions for the next step. For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, excessive return activity, altered products, or policy abuse.
