Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, product launches, or supplier delays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by product, supplier availability, destination, and carrier performance. Shipping estimates shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Because some items are fulfilled through trusted third-party fulfillment partners, including dropshipping suppliers, certain orders may take longer than standard domestic warehouse shipping.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after your order has been processed.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged extra simply because your order ships in multiple packages.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Sustainable Electronica is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period of time, please contact us at Help@SustainableElectronica.com with your order number. We may need to work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate before determining the next step.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, supplier processing delays, transportation disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
