Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase are a customer-friendly summary of important terms that apply when you buy from Sustainable Electronica. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our full Terms of Service.

Orders

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we received your order request, but it does not guarantee final acceptance or fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders when necessary, including due to inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, address problems, or supplier availability.

Product Availability

Some products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Inventory may change quickly, and an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If that happens, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

Pricing and Product Information

We work to keep product information accurate. However, product images, packaging, colors, specifications, and availability may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates, supplier changes, screen settings, or listing errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and update listings at any time.

Electronics Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that products are compatible with their devices, ports, chargers, voltage requirements, operating systems, and intended use. Improper use of electronics, chargers, batteries, adapters, or accessories may cause damage and may not be covered by returns or warranty support.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Some orders may ship in separate packages. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, supplier processing, high-volume periods, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for details before sending anything back.

Warranty

Unless clearly stated otherwise, products are covered only by the manufacturer warranty, if one is provided. Sustainable Electronica does not offer a separate seller warranty beyond what is required by law.

Fraud Prevention

We may verify, delay, refuse, or cancel orders that appear suspicious, contain mismatched billing or shipping information, or present elevated fraud risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sustainable Electronica and JB Merch LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to product use, shipping delays, device incompatibility, misuse, or third-party service interruptions.

Disputes

Disputes are governed by our full Terms of Service, including binding individual arbitration and a class action waiver where permitted by law.
